Additional Information

Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to COVID, and sanitation reasons we will not accept items back in store. All sales are final however, there will be a store credit given if you received damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to www.ampdhairandmakeup@gmail.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with a decision and detailed instructions about the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not give any store credits of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please Note: Any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to www.ampdhairandmakeup@gmail.com. If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Fees: Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer and not AMPD's.

We are also not responsible for stolen items once you have a confirmed delivery. We will not issue refunds nor store credits for stolen items.

AMPD BEAUTY is Cruelty Free! Lipsticks are Vegan and Gluten Free. Lip glosses are also Gluten Free.

AMPD BEAUTY is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Ingredients can be provided at the customers requests. Issues: If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. Liabilities: A.M.P’D is a Limited Liability Corporation. A.M.P’D or any representative assisting A.M.P’D uses the best products Possible and will not be held liable for any skin irritation, breakouts or allergic reactions. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and will be cleaned before each client’s makeup application. ANY skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems, MUST be reported to the makeup artist PRIOR to makeup application. All clients must agree to release A.M.P’D and her representatives from liability for any skin complication due to any reactions.

Shipping can take from 3-7 BUSINESS days. 

The exception due to COVID delays(10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times).

Most packages are shipped  using USPS. But can also include UPS as well.

If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchasing a reship fee listed on our website. AMPD is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!
